Bobby Brown has been charged with DUI.
The troubled singer, who checked into rehab in August to seek treatment for his addiction issues, was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving for the second time this year in the early hours of Wednesday in Los Angeles.
In addition to the DUI charge, Brown has been charged with driving on a restricted license and driving a vehicle without a vehicle interlock device.
The last two charges are the result of a prior DUI conviction in 2012, according to TMZ.com.
Brown faces up to two years behind bars. He is also facing a probation violation for the prior 2012 DUI.
