Is the trout pout permanent?

Six weeks after Lindsay Lohan debuted her trout pout– she still looks like she’s got an inflatable dinghy stuck to her face.
And those lips are starting to look nasty.
Has she got a nasty infection, or did she get greedy and go for too much collagen?
