Courtney Love has gone under the knife for the last time.
Why end her long love affair with plastic surgery?
She came face to face with cosmetic car crash Jocelyn Wildenstein.
Courtney says, “I could do with another boob lift, but no way. I don’t want to end up looking like her. She looked freaky.”
