Famed Party Gal Tara Reid is taking it off – all off as the latest star to strip naked for Playboy.

After a few botched cosmetic surgeries took away her confidence, Reid seems to have rebuilt her self-esteem and she is ready to show the world.

You may feel like you’ve seen most of her ‘business’ anyway – she has a tendency to pop out of her outfits – but this time its legit.

Tara’s terrific Playboy spread will hit newsstands in December.
