The actress has been trying and failing to quit smoking for more than two decades.

She vowed to clean up her act in 2001 after the death of her dad from lung disease, but lapsed soon after.

According to Tinseltown legend, her ex-husband Don Johnson once offered Griffith a diamond for every month she stayed nicotine-free, but even that wasn’t enough to convince her.

It seems Hollywood’s most famous smoker is determined to cling onto what she once described as “my last vice”.
