If Lindsay Lohan is serious about getting into the tanning business, she might want to learn how to apply it to herself properly.

When we ran into the actress on a shopping spree in Hollywood yesterday she looked like she was paying some kind of white-socked tribute to Michael Jackson.

It’s the latest bad ad for Lohan’s new tanning line Sevin Nyne — she’s currently being sued by a woman who alleges the star ripped off her formula.

Lindsay’s latest on the legal tussle, via Twitter, “No formula was stolen for Sevin Nyne! It’s a woman looking for a payday. That’s it!”
