Was Katy Perry going commando at her festival gig in Scotland on Saturday?

The singer dressed in tartan for her performance at the T in the Park festival in the Highlands, and hinted before the gig she planned to obey the strict rules that ban kilt wearers from slipping on underwear.

She said, “I don’t know if I should wear a kilt or not – is it too cheesy? I have it with me but I am not sure. And if I do, should I wear underwear? What’s going to happen if I put my foot up on the monitor?”

WENN didn’t get the chance to find out — which is probably a good thing…
