Amy Winehouse’s marriage to Blake Fielder-Civil is officially over – she was granted a divorce by a London court on Thursday.

The Back to Black hitmaker’s ex filed for divorce in January after two years of marriage, citing her adultery after seeing pictures of the singer cavorting with another man.

In a hearing lasting just minutes, a judge at a London court granted the couple a decree nisi on Thursday. The divorce is expected to be rubber-stamped with a decree absolute within six weeks.

Neither Winehouse – who returned to the U.K. on Monday after an eight-month break in the Caribbean to battle her drink and drug addictions – nor Fielder-Civil were present at the hearing.
