There are some very brave paparazzi out there...

James Gandolfini has a pretty fearsome reputation for chewing out photographers.

And he found a new victim on Halloween.

In footage posted on the Huffington Post website, Gandolfini can be seen lunging for a a photographer, who caught him shopping with his son.

The pap tells the star to "Relax, man!" but James then pushes away the camera before shouting, "I'm gonna break your f**king face!"

One word of advice for intrepid snappers -- stay away

We ran into a very playful Bruce Willis outside Madeo in LA last night.

The Die Hard star decided he wanted a go on this poor pap’s camera — and nobody says no to Bruce.

He is, after all, the most intimidating man in Hollywood… So says director Kevin Smith.

After working with Willis on his new movie A Couple of Dicks, Smith said, “Bruce Willis is probably the most intimidating actor I’ve ever worked with. I find him – and I don’t mean this in an insulting way – undirectable.

“He has all sorts of range, but what he’s predominantly known for is playing the guy who holds his gun down by his side and saves people. How do you tell Bruce Willis to be Bruce Willis?”

Marilyn Monroe doesn’t hold the same allure as she once did. She can’t find an afterlife friend.

The crypt above hers at the Westwood Village Memorial Park cemetery in Los Angeles isn’t selling.

Widow Elsie Poncher put her husband’s crypt up for sale on auction website eBay.com in August (09), and quickly attracted bids over the $4 million mark.

But when she accepted an offer from a Japanese buyer, who pledged a staggering $4.6 million, the unknown bidder quickly dropped out.

Elsie put the resting place up for sale again – and this time, nothing!

Seems no one wants to spend eternity with Monroe!

What a day it’s been…

Three court cases, two restraining orders and one probation sentence!

Miley Cyrus was the first up in court, and her ’stalker’ Mark McLeod, 53, was put on 24 months probation for causing a disturbance near the set of her new movie this summer.

She was followed in by Nicole Richie who won a temporary restraining order against the two paps who slammed into her car this month.

Last up, Ryan Seacrest — who landed an order against Chidi Uzomah, who was caught at E!’s offices today with a knife!

There’s a lesson in all this… don’t mess with the stars, or the stars’ll mess with you!
