If you were shokced by Lady GaGa’s blood-splattered performance at the VMAs, imagine what a 83 year old royal would have made of it.

Well, we could soon find out – - the eccentric chart-topper has been booked to perform for the Queen at next month’s Royal Variety Performance in London.

Let’s hope GaGa doesn’t tone down her act too much, and there’s a camera firmly fixed on the royal box… so we can enjoy the reaction.

Prince Harry’s rousing rendition of God Save the Queen wasn’t enough to inspire England to victory in the rugby on Saturday — they tumbled to a 18-9 defeat to Australia.

Perhaps Harry should take a leaf out of Jay-Z’s book and come up with a rap anthem to whip the crowd into a frenzy…

Prince Harry has just become even more of a catch if that’s possible – the British Army helicopter pilot in training just got the go ahead to dip into the inheritance his late mum Princess Diana left him.

That’s a whopping $600,000-a-year he can spend on royal revelry!

Things are certainly looking up for Harry, 25 yesterday, after he went through a phase of publicly disgracing himself – he’s back with his former love Chelsea (good timing girl!) and he is also set to get $17 million plus when he reaches the big 30.

Royalty-loving Chelsy Davy is used to men falling at her feet – but they’re usually looking for more than a photo.

Prince Harry’s on/off squeeze caused a frenzy when she left London’s Bungalow 8 nightclub in the early hours of Thursday with a female pal.

Such was the scramble among paparazzi for a shot of the party-loving blonde (that’s her on the far right, in case you were wondering), several snappers were sent tumbling to the deck in the fracas.

We’re tempted to say they should behave with a little more decorum around Chelsy – but having dated pot-puffing, booze-loving Harry for more than four years, she’s probably used to no end of undignified behaviour…
