Uh…so, the thing is…well, the New Kids on the Block — from left, Danny Wood, Jordan Knight, Donnie Wahlberg, Joey McIntyre, Wenndall, and Jonathan Knight — performed in Rockefeller Plaza for The Today Show on Friday morning in NYC, and…er…mimes?

Okay, apparently the mimes are actually America’s Best Dance Crew vets the Jabbawockeez (…whatever), who will open for NKOTB on their summer tour.

You know, we thought that would clarify matters, but: not so much.

Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly — a.k.a. Ant and Dec — of Britain’s Got Talent left the Ivy nightclub in London on Wednesday night, seeming in high spirits.  Rumor has it a film is in the works about Susan “Where’d That Voice Come From?” Boyle; PopSugar UK wonders who’d play Ant and Dec in the movie.

Any thoughts, readers?  We’d cast Michael J. Fox as Dec, if Fox would do it…and we think we know someone who’s verrrrry eager to play Ant, as long as he gets to wear his hat in all of Ant’s scenes, so all you casting directors: call Wenndall’s agent!

Thank you, Wenndall, for selflessly nestling yourself between Jodie Marsh’s breasts, thus shielding those readers who visit us at work from the wrath of their bosses.  Model and professional trainwreck Marsh quaffed a pint of Guinness at the Palace Nightclub in Navan, County Meath, Ireland in the wee hours of Saturday while Wenndall laughed uncomfortably.  Or maybe he had a few pints himself.  It’s been known to happen.

Does that unsupported front porch look kind of painful to any of the other ladies in the crowd?  Just looking at Marsh makes us want to put on sports bras.

Matthew Broderick and Sarah Jessica Parker also attended the Mary Stuart premiere Sunday night, apparently straight off a…jazzercise routine in which epic poems were declaimed?  We can’t really put it better than the DListed headline that wondered, “What The Hell Kind Of GD Outfits Are These?”

Because…what the hell kind of goddamn outfits are these?  We don’t hate the sideburns on Brodsie, although they’re a little weird-looking on him; it all seems to go truly wrong with the shoes (brown with a grey suit on him, next to those neon jobs on her: ecch).

We would ask Wenndall for a comment, but he dashed out of Blog HQ shrieking something about an eye-wash station so we’re going to have to get back to you on that.

We don’t know how we missed this the first time, but our news desk dredged up a Film.com interview with Robert Pattinson from last November in which the Twilight-throb admits he’s had to force himself to stay off the computer so that he doesn’t waste hours reading about himself.

“[The internet] feeds the worst part of your soul,” Pattinson said, annoying blog editors worldwide. “When you have nothing to do and you go on, when you’re too tired to read a book.

“I’ll read the news, you go on to the New York Times, you get bored and go on IMDb. Then you realise how pathetic you are. I have to delete my history [of visited websites].

“It is kind of addictive, but at the same time pathetic.”

Wenndall snorted angrily in response that obviously Pattz has never visited our blog, which is a soul-refreshing delight.  Why, just today we’ve accused a model who could probably kill us with her mind of having Botox; made fun of a princess who’s actually a pretty good soul; and given a fashion icon advice on her socks.  It’s a veritable tsunami of positivity!  C’maaaaaahhhhn!

…Okay, we sort of see Pattinson’s point.  But Wenndall is not having it.
