He’s not allowed within 100 yards of Rihanna, but Chris Brown isn’t letting a court order stop him from using his ex to boost his career.

No sooner has Rihanna signed up for an appearance on news show 20/20 on Friday night, but Chris arranges his own interview, four hours earlier, on MTV.

And we find out today he’s now bumping the release of his next album, so it comes out just two weeks after Rihanna’s Rated R.

Still… there’s some good news for the Brown haters — despite his claims ticket sales for his new tour are “going well” there’s still a ton on offer, and it starts next week!

She’ll be on Good Morning America on Thursday morning and 20/20 on Friday night.

A TV teaser promises, “Now, for the very first time, Rihanna tells her story.”

Disgraced R&B star Chris Brown has managed to keep somewhat of a ‘dignified’ silence for the last nine months, since ‘that’ incident with Rihanna.

With a court-ordered injunction keeping him 100 yards away from his ex, the lovesick singer has been forced to let Ri-Ri know how he still feels about her via the Internet.

But this is a bit sad – he’s sending our his private thoughts to her via his Twitter.com account!

Posting a fan-created video montage – set to the tune of R&B singer Lee Carr’s The Way We Used to Be, Brown poured his heart out.

Desperate times call for desperate measures!

Chris Brown is still pining for Rihanna –from a distance presumably, since he’s not allowed within 100 yards of his former girlfriend.

In a new interview, Brown tells DJ Angie Martinez, “We’ve been friends since I was like 15, we got serious when I was, like, 17.

“Feelings are feelings and they don’t go away overnight, especially if you sit down and be like, ‘Look, I’m (going to) really be in this relationship with you, past whatever the case, past our busy schedules, past us being two of the biggest artists.’ I really care about her.”

You should probably try and get over that one, Chris…

Things are going from bad to worse for Chris Brown…

As if having a reputation as a violent woman-beater, chain gang worker, self-centred apologist, and all-round snivelling wretch isn’t bad enough, he’s now been unmasked as possessing a decidedly weak bladder.

Former supermodel Tyra Banks has told Larry King she once interviewed he of the handy fists – during which he confessed to wetting the bed as a youngster.

She says, ”He would wet his bed. And he became a bed-wetter for a long time – an embarrassingly long time. And he admitted that to me.”

Apparently, it all started when Brown witnessed his mother suffering domestic violence when he was a child. So now we know where he gets it from…
