A very croaky Miley Cyrus has cancelled a concert in Nebraska on Friday night after succumbing to a nasty sore throat.

The singer has struggled through a string of gigs and doctors finally stepped in after she was forced to take a 15-minute break during a performance in Salt Lake City on Tuesday.

The cancelled gig has been rescheduled for October 13th.

Get well soon Miley.

Ne-Yo bounced back quickly from his onstage tear tantrum in Manchester, England last week — just 48 hours later WENN caught him knocking back drinks in a nightclub.

The R&B star ended a concert early on Thursday, claiming illness had caused his voice to pack up. He then wept as he apologised to bemused fans.

Presumably Ne-Yo’s doctor prescribed lashings of vodka to restore him to full health.

Cops were called to Mischa Barton’s Los Angeles home last night after she called  for help with a ”medical issue”, an LAPD spokesperson has confirmed.

Access Hollywood claims a patrol car then picked up the actress and drove her to an unknown location. 

That’s all the info we have for now.

WENN ran into Mischa just two weeks ago, looking bloated and worse for wear after a night out in London.

Let’s hope it’s nothing serious.

Update:  Access Hollywood  is reporting that Barton has been placed on n involuntary pyschiatric hold by the LAPD  – better known as a code 5150.

You’ll remember the same measures were taken after Britney Spears’ meltdown back in January 2008.

Charlize Theron wants us to know she’s OK — just a week  after a serious stomach virus left her hospitalised for four days.

WENN ran into the Oscar winner ( literally)  leaving her gym in Hollywood on Wednesday and she looked a picture of health.

Charlize Theron was hospitalised last week with a stomach virus, reports the National Enquirer.

The Oscar winner reportedly spent four nights in an LA hospital after picking up a bug during an overseas trip.

Her boyfriend Stuart Townsend is quoted as telling pals, ”I was scared to death. I had no idea what was happening to her, but this is a woman who never complains, so I knew it had to be serious.”

The publication claims the actress was discharged from hospital after being given a series of antibiotics and is now back to full health.
