Cruise is in Massachusetts shooting new movie Wichita and has brought the whole clan with him — including Katie’s mum Kathy Holmes, pictured above with a shivering Suri.

If Katie Holmes is sporting scorch marks today, she has good reason.

Tom Cruise’s better half had to dive to safety from a burning car on the Australian set of her new movie Don’t be Afraid of the Dark, when it unexpectedly exploded.

According to reports, the battery blew up filling the vehicle with smoke and sending cast and crew members running.

Mrs Tom Cruise, who was in the car at the time, apparently emerged unharmed seconds later.

Is she superhuman?

Maybe this is a sign she should get the Wonder Woman role.
