According to his father Joe Jackson, the late Michael Jackson is “worth more dead than when he was alive…”

Daddy Joe made the comments in Las Vegas after learning his son was a higher-earning dead celeb than Elvis – on Forbes magazine’s new graveyard greenbacks list.

Ofcourse, Joe quickly insisted he’d rather have his son back than all the cash that’s coming in.

The Jackson family patriarch’s actions have been called into question since he lost his son, but he insists he cries openly about the memory of Michael… behind closed doors

He says, “I get emotional when I’m off to myself and I start thinking about things that we went through. No one will ever see me (cry), though.”

That Joe’s all man!

The much-anticipated Michael Jackson documentary This Is It premiered around the world last night at a series of starstudded screenings.

WENN caught up with Jermaine on the Hollywood red carpet, playing the anxious sibling.

He promised fans they’d be blown away – but urged people to remember the footage was shot during rehearsals and not a full-blown performance…

“You are going to see preparations for what would have been one of the greatest shows ever. You are going to see him going through the motions, not giving 100 per cent.”

We were lucky enough to join the stars for this sneak preview….

Our verdict: It’s good, but don’t believe the hype.

Take the emotion out of it and this is it is just a good slice of concert rehearsal footage that was never meant to be seen on the big screen.

The effects do make you realise just what an amazing show this would have been and 90210 star Mekia Cox, who plays Jacko’s leading lady for The Way You Make Me Feel, is hot, hot, hot!

Considering the fact Michael Jackson used to cover his kids’ faces with masks and scarves when he was alive, we at WENN are thinking that he probably wouldn’t have been thrilled about Paris and the two Prince Michaels appearing in an upcoming reality show about the Jackson clan.

Named The Jacksons: A Family Dynasty, the show was originally set to feature the grown-ups, but Janet is apparently pushing for the kids to appear.

Not so fast, says Jackson matriarch Katherine, who insists the kids will  appear on the show over her dead body.

Watch this space – the show is due to air in December.

The glove is illuminated by 50 tiny lights embroilered into the material.

We just hope it was washed….

When Jermaine Jackson announced Chris Brown would perform at the MJ tribute concert — he didn’t mean it.

People were justifiably a little miffed when Jermaine announced the quick-fisted R&B star would be singing at the Austrian extravaganza.

So, just a day later, the oddly-coiffured superstar is backtracking…. insisting he wasn’t announcing Brown would perform — he was inviting him to perform.

We’ll let JJ explain, “It’s up to the judge if he gets let out of the country or not. I’m not worried at all. He wants to be here. It’s just up to what he’s going through with his court case right now. He’s asked for forgiveness. If Christ can forgive him, so can we. People make mistakes, but he’s a wonderful performer.”

We’re not sure everyone’s quite ready to forgive yet Jermaine…
