What a day it’s been…
Three court cases, two restraining orders and one probation sentence!
Miley Cyrus was the first up in court, and her ’stalker’ Mark McLeod, 53, was put on 24 months probation for causing a disturbance near the set of her new movie this summer.
She was followed in by Nicole Richie who won a temporary restraining order against the two paps who slammed into her car this month.
Last up, Ryan Seacrest — who landed an order against Chidi Uzomah, who was caught at E!’s offices today with a knife!
There’s a lesson in all this… don’t mess with the stars, or the stars’ll mess with you!

If Miley Cyrus is a good girl and does what her dad says, she’ll be back on Twitter in a shot.
Says Billy Ray: “I understand ‘it is true one bad apple spoils the bunch.’ But listen to the words of your songs ‘Stand… for what ya believe in’…Remember?
“Miley. You are a light in a world of darkness. You were born ‘Destiny Hope Cyrus’ for a reason.You can’t leave everyone now. We r countin on u (sic).”
We’re not sure about the “light in a world of darkness” bit — but we agree with the rest. Come back Miley!

Miley to Tweet no more
Just when we were beginning to enjoy our hotline to Miley Cyrus’ every thought, dream and bowel movement — she’s gone and cancelled her Twitter account, leaving us fans high and dry.
Miley Tweeted for the last time on Wednesday — an act that appears to be at the behest of her new beau Liam Hemsworth.
She wrote: “FYI Liam doesn’t have a Twitter and he wants ME to delete mine with good reason.”
Looks like Liam’s the controlling type!

Miley’s sick!
A very croaky Miley Cyrus has cancelled a concert in Nebraska on Friday night after succumbing to a nasty sore throat.
The singer has struggled through a string of gigs and doctors finally stepped in after she was forced to take a 15-minute break during a performance in Salt Lake City on Tuesday.
The cancelled gig has been rescheduled for October 13th.
Get well soon Miley.
