Take a good look at Robert Pattinson’s luscious greasy locks…. because they are soon to be no more.

The Twilight star is threatening to take a razor to his head when he finishes playing vampire Edward Cullen — after discovering his mop top is his only recognisable feature.

RobPatt tells Entertainment Tonight, “In a lot of ways the hair is 75 per cent of my performance. In the third movie, I’m doing fight scenes and there’s a strand going down my forehead and they’re like, ‘We need to do it again because no one will recognise you! No one will know who it is!’

“I’m like, ‘Really, is my face that generic?’ I have to look like the poster at all times. Just in case they want to use any clip for the trailer. Any clip at all! There were about five people in different departments who, because of my forelock, ended up in tears.”

We don’t care anymore if Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are hooking up.

There… We’ve said it!

The rumour has dragged on so long, they could turn out to be lovers, or be repulsed by the sight of each other — for all we care.

It has to be said, though, they’ve done a great job of encouraging the hype, by remaining attached at the hip at all times off-set.

New Mooner Robert Pattinson has lost his car… and he still can’t remember where he parked it almost a year later!

On his way to his first Academy Awards in February, Rob rocked up in his old-style BMW, and in the haze of the big night he forgot where he left it.

It seems movie vampires don’t make good drivers either – Pattinson tells Entertainment Weekly he crashed his rental car replacement days later after trying to out-race the paparazzi.

He moans, “People never followed me when I had my little old BMW.”

No wonder he always looks so darn miserable.

Twilight hunks Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner are whipping fans into such a frenzy on the set of the latest movie, a medic has been put on standby to treat swooning teenage girls.

Lautner tells Interviewmagazine, “We’ve met many different fans: the criers, who come around quite often; the hyperventilators who stop breathing and have to have a medic come. We’ve definitely seen some passion.”
