A man accused of harassing actress Blake Lively has been ordered to stay away from the star for three years.
The Gossip Girl star obtained a temporary restraining order against Sergei Mifle last month after he allegedly made repeated contact with Lively’s mom, telling her he was “deeply concerned” about her daughter and claimed he needed to help her.
